Today was the day that I've dreaded most of my life. Today the man that meant more to me than any other passed from this life and went on to be with the Lord.
My daddy wasn't a perfect man, not even anywhere close to being perfect. What my dad did do right is that he always took the time to be with us kids and we always knew we could count on him if we ever got into a bind. Dad never had a great deal of money, but he did have time to do things with his children that few other parents took the time to do. My dad, until I went off to college, never one time missed any sporting event that I was a part of. Dad coached basketball for a grade school and when I went to high school he adjusted his schedule so he could be at all my games and he never ever missed 1 game!. Wow! When I needed someone to rebound for me, he was there, when I needed someone to pitch too, he was there. When I needed someone to talk too, he was always there! When I needed my rear end kicked, he'd be there to do that too.
Daddy and I have had our differences over the years, but we loved each other and we always worked things out between us. It might be that we just agreed to disagree. We were both bull-headed enough not to ever admit that we were wrong, but we still loved each other.
In the days of my youth, my dad and I fished all through spring and summer into the fall, and then we quail hunted all late fall and deep into the winter. We did these things together and those are the times of my life that I've missed the most since I grew up and left home. I could tell you a thousand funny stories about the hunting/fishing trips dad and I made. He was the one person that I never tired of being around. I will cherish these memories until the day I die. I will miss those pale blue eyes and the grin on his face. My dad was not perfect, but he was always there for me. Now that he's gone I feel like and orphan.
These last few years, dad and I didn't get to spend as much time together as I'd have liked too. That's just the way things worked out. I've got a family to raise and he had a life too. We did have some heated arguments over some stuff, but the love was always there. Those of you who know me best,know what those arguments were about. All that doesn't matter anymore. The only thing that matters is that I loved my dad and he was a good man. He will be missed horribly by me.
There are many thousands of you out there that he taught in school or preached too. There is not a one of you who he didn't like. Daddy always had stories about his school teaching years that he liked to tell. I just wonder how many of you got "whippings" from Mr. Logan? haha..If you went to school under him you got more than one, I promise you that.
Daddy, I loved you, I miss you already. Good Lords willing and I'll see you on the other side. How fitting it was for you to pass while we were singing the Glory Land Way! Wow! You went the Glory Land Way. Thank you for your life and thank you for loving me. Thank you for your good example that you set before everyone. You were a good man!

Take that Obama!
Hey BO, look here and see what you've got coming! If you can't get another communist elected in the most "red" state there is then you are in trouble buddy. You know, Gdub could've learned from this as well, but Gdub turned out to be a whole lot more similar,politically speaking, to BO than he was to Reagan. The "so-called" conservative party had power for a number of years and didn't have the wit to hang on to it, nor the sense to remember why they were elected to start with. The government needs to get out of our way so we can be successful, government help always leads to disaster and chaos.
The folks in the country that work for a living are growing tired of supporting a whole underclass of people that refuse to work! We the people are tired of supporting the illegals that are flooding into our country from south of the border. We are tired of being robbed every payday so you lilly livered politicians can buy votes from the "ner-do-wells". We the people are tired of the environmentalist wackos spewing their garbage and controlling us through false science and an army of lawyers only interested in enriching themselves!
I'm tired of paying almost $3 a gallon for gas and having the government and the left leaning idiots in DC tell us there is a shortage of oil. We are sitting on a sea of oil and the left wing loons will not let us get to it. We have the technology to produce all our own energy, and to make it cheap for the consumer, but we are being hammered by a small, yet very vocal minority, who would enslave us all and have us live like the vast majority of the Chinese people are forced to live, as peasants!
There is no such thing as global warming, and any right thinking person knows this. Yet, we are being governed by a bunch of people who believe in this garbage and they are running our country into the ground.
All these things are costing the workers of our nation a lot of money and we are growing weary of it all. I pray to God we send every last one of you SOB's home this next go around. We the people need to impose a one term limit on all these jokers and we'll put a stop to some of this nonsense! It is my hope we send all of the incumbents home and get a whole new congress this next election. The power these people have been given seems to cause arrogance and they need their wings clipped in the worst way.

OBAMA NEEDS TO FIRE HIMSELF!

For now, administration officials say that Obama believes blame is shared enough that no one agency or official appears clearly enough at fault to be fired. However, as the president and his team continue to identify what the security gaps were and how to fill them, Obama could determine that someone needs to go, said one senior administration official familiar with Obama's thinking. The official spoke anonymously because of the sensitivity of the matter.
I'll tell you who needs to go! It's Obama himself! BO has gone far out of his way to invite terrorist to attack this country. This idiot is closing our best military prison down there in Cuba and has gone all over the world apologizing for us evil Americans. BO you are the problem and the next election is the answer! I just can't think of enough cuss words to describe how I feel about BO and his merry band of communist. I know BO is the president, it just hurts my mouth to say BO and president in the same sentence. As far as Obama ever figuring out how to best protect this country!!! Ha! He's never had a real job where he had to figure out anything. His claim to fame is his lying mouth and gift of gab and a billionare backer in Ophra Winfrey. Obama is nothing more than a Joseph Stalin wanna-be and he will be if the American people don't wake the heck up really soon.
When are we ever going to wake up, as a nation, and quit electing these wacko's to office. We elect people that most decent people wouldn't be friends with and would be embarrassed to be seen with. Why do we elect the most morally bankrupt folks amongst us to high government position? Any person with an average intelligence can see what is wrong with our country. We are so worried about not offending anyone that we are letting our nation go to hell in a hand basket. Let's quit pandering to these freaking extremist and stand the heck up and be free!

Hey BO, Which Side are You On?
Does anyone out there want to take a guess at what BO is thinking when it comes to the war on terror? Why in the heck are we affording foreign nationals the right to our constitutional protection? Why do we have to close Guantanamo Bay prison?
The biggest question I want to ask our "esteemed" Democratic/Socialist/Communist brethren is this: Who's side are you on? It is obvious the BO and his merry band of communist are not on the side of the United States of America! At one time we were a country that had some guts and those guts kept half of the world free from the clutches of the political system that our current leaders now believe in and want to force down our throats! We are going to allow people who have vowed to destroy us to have the same rights as American citizens? What?! Did I wake up in some bad B grade movie or what?
I personally can't wait till the November elections so we can send some of these arrogant $^%&*(#'s home! Why are we just laying down and letting the terrorist beat us? Did we suddenly loose all common sense? I hate it when the news people(terrorist spy networks) talk about homegrown terrorist! If he has a name such as Achmed,Muhammad,Hussein, or some other Arab name then he is not home grown! You news media folks(including FOX) may want the world to be one big happy place, and for everyone to sit around a fire and sing KUMBAYA, but that's not the reality of planet earth. These Muslims want to kill every dang one of us and I don't see why BO and others of like mind can't seem to grasp that concept?
We don't need extra security at the dang airport. FDR, the first communist president of the US even had enough sense to lock up people that looked like our enemy. At the risk of being branded a racist(you can kiss my butt if you even think it) folks who are from the middle east or who are Muslim ought not be allowed to even get near an airport. Yeah, I hear you libs screaming, but this is war. I don't appreciate being treated like a freaking "subject" of king BO all in the name of political correctness. This is war! FDR and the libs back in WW 2 understood how to do things and we need to learn from them! Yeah, it sucks, but at this point we need to quit taking chances. It used to be that folks came here and then integrated with the rest of the population. Now these immigrants, most especially Muslims, come here and want to recreate their home country here in the USA. You know what, if they feel that way then they can go back to their 3rd world country and blow each other up like they've been doing for centuries. We don't have to live like we do now but our politicians are too stupid and scared to do what it takes to make us safe. All our village idiots can manage to do is to take more of our freedoms and our rights away from us in order to be PC! That is the cancer of the democratic party!
The democratic party has had the control of our media,public education, courts, and now our entire government in it's grasp for the last 50 years. Look at the immoral mess we have now and look at the good ole' USA turning into a Marxist country just as fast as we can go! American, as a whole, has lost it's guts, and Barack Obama and his ilk are going to finish the job of killing what is left of our once great society!
Come this November, you need to get off you rear-end and go vote! If you are a gun-owning, hard working, tax paying citizen that believe's in Christian principles...don't vote for a freaking democrat! Look who's ideas are taught in public schools, looks who constantly want to increase our taxes. Look at who want's open borders, look at who wants to constantly increase spending for social programs. By in large it's the democratic party and these people, along with a good portion of our current Republican leadership need to be sent home. We don't need liberals in control of our money! That money they are so willing to give away belongs to you and I, the tax-paying citizen.

Let's Send Em' All Packing!
I did not write this but I wish I would have. This pretty much is about the "size" of everything. To whomever the author is, "thank you", I couldn't have said it better.
To all you folks out there that think we ought to use John McCains strategy, that time has passed. John McCain wouldn't get up and fight Barack Obama on Baracks' terms because John said he was better than that. These Democrats are the enemy of the very principles of the United States of America. We need to get up and fight them on their terms, heck they have just about killed our country because conservatives didn't want to "lower" themselves to their standards. In 2010 it is time for the majority Christian conservatives to stand up and put off our "masters". We have the God given right to do that according to our constitution. Read on.......

Get registered to vote, if you aren't already...if you are, get your family and friends to do so...and tell them to get their friends and relatives to do so as well...every single eligible voter needs to turn out in November and send "them" a message and force "them" to start packing....
Come January of 2011, either "WE the PEOPLE" will be back in charge...or "THEY" still will be...you decide who you'd rather have leading this country...US or "them"...."Now" is the time to take our country back and restore our Republic....the only alternative is allow them to continue to enslave you and your children...Its your choice....What are you going to do? Sitting back and doing nothing is surrendering....which is also an action...capitulation to "them" and the slavery "they" have, and will continue to impose on you and your children....
