Muslim Outrage!

I'm a little aggravated right now. I watched a news story today that portrayed Muslim student groups at our colleges as being outraged by extra police and CIA attention.

Really?!?! Who the heck is it that does the blowing up of buildings and planes, and kills the innocent? It's Muslims. Of course they are going to get extra attention. It isn't Christians, Buddhist, and other religions that are out committing acts of terrorism; it's Muslims.

I think we ought to screen 100% of all Muslims that try to get on our planes or use any of our public transportation systems. Yes, that is a gross violation of our constitution, but these rag-heads are trying to destroy us. Our constitution apply's to our citizens, not a bunch of damn foreigners!

College's are a breeding ground for these ignorant social uprising's. College kids are exposed to these damn communist professors and indoctrinated into the ways of communism/socialism while they are at the institution. I think the problem is is that many of these kids are not working a real job while they are in college and have way to much time on their hands. Each student should have to do what I did to get through college. I actually worked a full time job and raised a family while going. I had to actually sacrifice something in order to finish college. These dang kids don't have a clue about what real life is about, yet they get to vote. (look who they helped put into office this last go-round).

Screw the Muslim student unions.....they can all go suck eggs and go back to the hell-hole countries they came from, as far as I'm concerned.

By the way. I'm sick to death of hearing the word outraged! It reminds me of a whole bunch of liberal Democrats sitting around stomping hankies and throwing their little girly snits when something doesn't go their way. Bless their little pointy heads.

Teacher/Coach

All my life, all I ever really wanted to do was to teach school and coach basketball. I never really thought about what all goes into becoming a successful teacher/coach. In the past two years I have been able to be a school teacher and a basketball coach.

I remember making the statement, before I became a teacher, that teachers only work a part-time job. I often wondered why coaches were generally grouchy, or at the least, a little indifferent about things. Well, guess what? Now I know the answers to some of my questions and I also know a thing or two about that part-time job teachers have.

I have never worked more hours than I do now. I generally do not get home till very late in the evening. When I'm off work I'm so dang tired I can't move. Between a very few complaining parents and at times, some unhappy students, school manages to still happen like it's supposed to. It's a lot of long hours and very exhausting work. I sometimes wonder if I wasn't crazy to want to be a coach on top of being a teacher. Teachers have to juggle lots of things to make it all work, and then some idiot(like me) decides he wants to coach on top of it all.

Honestly, I wouldn't want to do anything else. The hours are long and never boring, most especially since I deal with Jr. High kids all day. The basketball season seems to last into infinity, but I've loved every minute of it; the wins, the losses, and the road trips on the bus with 60 kids. Nope, I'll never ever be wealthy, at least not in terms of money. My wealth comes from all the people I get to know and all the lives that I get to touch.

Coaches, for whatever reason, have a huge impact on kids lives. That fact is very humbling to me and I try to be the best man I can be when I'm in contact with my boys. It's very hard to always set a good example before the kids, sports are very competitive and the pressure to win is always in the back of my mind. It's tough to leave a star player at home, but as a coach I have to make the kids understand that there are things more important than basketball. I demand good citizenship, honor, and a sense of morality from my boys. I expect them to be leaders both on and off the court and to set an example to the rest of the school. When the boys fail to live up to those expectations, they don't play.

I may not make a lot of money, but I do make a difference. I can't think of anything I'd rather do that what I do right now. Now I understand why my dad dedicated most of his life to this very same profession. The rewards are great, and indeed I'm much richer because of the experience.

Greek Crisis

It's somewhat comical and sad to read about the Greece financial crisis that is going on now. It's sad in that so many people are suffering, but funny because it's the people themselves who've gotten themselves into this situation.

I must admit that I live in a country that lives far beyond it's means. The USA borrows twice the money it takes in in revenue, yet we are helping "bail out" other countries who are on the brink of bankruptcy. Just like the people in Greece, it's the citizens fault that we are about to be in the same boat with the Grecians. We ought to have the torches and pitchforks out, running the crooked, lying bastards that are bankrupting us, into the sea. Yet, enough of us are still comfortable enough not to care a whole lot....yet. We are starting to feel the pinch a little now, but not enough to do something about it, yet.

To all the people out there that gain their living from the government, your day of reckoning is coming. Eventually, there will be no more money to be stolen from the workers, and many of you lazy "takers" will starve to death. The bible and common sense tells us that if you do not work, neither should you eat. I do agree that the old folks that are no longer able, the infirm, and the very young who cannot provide for themselves deserve our solicitude. Everyone else needs to starve. If you make babies that you yourself cannot provide for, they ought to be taken from you and given to those who can provide.

We can not continue to let the Mexicans flood into our country and then draw our food stamps and other government assistance. This is a crime that our government is responsible for and this needs to be stopped. I feel sorry for the poor Mexican family's who move here to escape the grinding poverty of Mexico. However, they are bringing ruination on our country, and our damn government is letting them do it. I'll say it again for the million time; they all need to be deported back to Mexico! Bring home our division's from Europe and line our southern border with enough weaponry to stop the human flood. This illegal immigration is the greatest threat to our national security, not the stupid rag-heads.

I hope all of you Obama voters simply stay home this next election. In fact, I hope only the Ron Paul voters actually show up on the day to vote. Yes, he does have some pretty far out ideas, and I don't completely agree with all he stands for. However, he is the only candidate that seems to understand that we are flat broke and cannot afford to keep spending like we do. Ron Paul is the only one who seems to understand that freedom means that a government is much smaller and far less intrusive in it's citizens lives.

Debt

If we are 16 trillion dollars in debt, why then do we send money to support the Egyptian military? I truly do not understand why our elected leaders have made such bad decisions with our money. Conspiracy theories abound and I'm beginning to believe there is more than a modicum of truth to many of these theories.

What else could explain the trillions of dollars of wasteful spending our elected "turds" have foisted upon us. Part of the problem is the apathy of the American citizenry. How else could we explain the huge debt and the subsequent election of our great Nobel Peace Price winning (idiot) President? There have to be people who stand to profit from the ruination of America, or at least gain power over the minions. The question I have to ask is: Who wants to be king of a poor, oppressed nation?

The liberals have controlled the public school system and the mass media for many years now. They've infected 3 generations with the socialist/communist environmentalist wacko dogma, and their efforts are paying off for their cause. We now have a citizenry that will not think for itself collectively. There are groups who see what is happening, and are very vocal in their opposition. However, the huge liberal machine crushes those people in the media, as "wild-eyed" idiots, and the damn public turns up it's nose and keeps right on walking toward the edge of that cliff.
