Moving On

I've been Mr. Mom for several years now. During this time I've home schooled my children, coached a home school basketball team,directed a choir,been a domestic engineer(house husband) and done various other domestic duties. I must say that I've enjoyed my life and wouldn't change a thing if I had it to do all over again.

During the last several months our family decided that it was time for our children to re-enter public school. In the mean time I've been working toward becoming a school teacher; talk about some red tape! I've worked on my certification for a while now and finally,today, it paid off. I got offered a job, and I accepted it....gladly! I couldn't imagine being a house husband and not having my kids here with me, it would be unbearable.

Several posts ago I wrote about home schoolers, or at least the home school group I've been associated with. I've got to say that I'm really going to miss being around those folks. I've gained lots of new friends and formed some bonds with people that I hope will never be broken. I share many common beliefs with these folks and a huge part of me will always be a home schooler.

As a man though, this new job is a real boost to my ego! Every year when I get the Social Security statement in the mail, and I see a big fat zero in the income column, it kills me! It will be nice to be able to earn an income again, and I don't plan to ever be unemployed until I retire....at around 90 years old. Of course I know God may have other plans for me and I know things may not turn out the way I think they will; we'll see about that pretty soon. Hopefully I'll not have to hear "happy mothers day" next mothers day! I have a good sense of humor but that's about more than I can take.(haha)

I don't think it's good for a man to be a house husband. I can't say that is wrong, but I will say it's not good for the mans self-esteem. From experience I can tell you that it's a real challange, as a man, to feel like a man when you don't work and have an income. I've always understood why I did what I did, but that doesn't mean that I always enjoyed it. Yes, I loved being with my children; not many dads ever get the chance to spend so much time with their kiddo's, and I loved that part of my life. However, the "man" in me always wanted to be out working and I always felt guilty, however misplaced that guilt was, about not having a job. It all may go south on me tomorrow, but hopefully, I'll be earning a paycheck again this August.

Comprehensive Plan to Cut Spending

I want to offer my "comprehensive" plan to rid the U.S. of much of it's debt. Some of this I've talked about over a whole bunch of my posts but I want to go over it again. Politicians always have comprehensive plans but they never ever tell you what those plans are except that they are comprehensive. I think it goes with out saying that our dander and dunder heads up in DC and indeed our state governments make things far more difficult than they ought to be. It isn't any wonder that our leaders never read the bills they pass, they are, after all, written by lawyers and there's not a lawyer out there that can't cure insomnia just by listening to them..Here we go:

1. Bring all our troops home from Europe and put them on our southern border.

2. Once the border is completely locked down, round up all illegals and send them home. No trials, no hearing, no nothing, just escort them to wherever it is they came from and bid them farewell.

3. Cut off any welfare, to include food-stamps,Medicaid,free cell phones and all that other gimme stuff. I guarantee you that we wouldn't have any trouble replacing all the dang Mexicans if the freeloaders in this country actually had to work for a living. We have plenty people here to fill all the jobs, just not the proper motivation

4. Eliminate the Department of Education, Homeland Security, and reduce by 50 percent the number of federal employees nationwide. Most of these suckers don't do anything anyway other than to "muck up" our lives. There might be some incentive to actually work if they thought they might loose their jobs.

5. Eliminate all travel of the president and make him teleconference for any meeting he might have. The wonders of modern technology would surely save us all bunches of money. BO sure does like to use that big blue jet of his.

6. Send all illegals that reside in our prisons back to their home countries and do it immediately. There's nothing difficult about this concept. If you are not a citizen of this country you shouldn't be considered for "due process"; this is a right afforded our citizens, not foreigners.

7. Eliminate "jail time" for any non-serious crime. When I say non- serious, I'm speaking of crimes that do not involve rape,murder, and dismemberment of the victim. Instead, we will use a bull whip or cane to punish most offenders. I promise if enough people got their ass whipped crime would drop dramatically. Punishment would be carried out immediately.

8. Eliminate ALL pork barrel spending by our federal government. See #7 for what would happen to any lawmaker who proposed even 1 cent of excess spending.

9. Make it a crime for the government to spend more than it takes in

10. Make frivolous lawsuits a crime.

11. Get the lawyers off the medical profession. People are going to die, and I don't believe there would be many folks in the medical profession that want to purposefully hurt another human. Pharmaceutical companies and doctors are in business to make money, quit moaning about them only being after money. Of course they are, that's why they work.

I have lots more to say about this, but you get the point. There are so many things we could do to fix our current problems but not enough common sense to go around. These Ivy League educated idiots we have running this country need to go back to academia and allow the common sense folks run this country.

I'll say this again; the most dangerous threat to our country, right now, lives in our White House. His ideology goes against everything that America stands for, and if he gets to replace one of our conservative supreme court justices, we are all in really big trouble. Lets make sure we vote comrade BO out of office when the time comes.

Another One Bites the Dust!

I really hate to be so callous about the death of another human being, but it's hard not to get exited when people such as Robert Byrd exit the scene. This man was a member of the senate for over 58 years and did everything in his power to bankrupt his country. There are reports that W. Virginia got back a cool $1.75 for every dollar they sent into Washington in taxes! Of course, this money had to be borrowed in order to do that, in this way Sen. Byrd played a big part in the thirteen trillion dollar deficit we now face.

We got rid of the other two "comrades" that were big spenders, referring to Kennedy and Murtha, now we are blessed to be rid of another. Hopefully, we'll get lucky enough to be relieved of the services of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid really soon! I know I sound like a complete butt-head here, but these things are some of the good things that happen from time to time for the taxpayers of our country. Lords willing, the people of West Virginia will be smart enough to send a more conservative senator this next election. WVa being the kind of state it is, I doubt that happens, but we can always hope.

I don't know whether or not Sen.Byrd was a good man. I don't know anything about him other than he was a typical liberal Democrat who liked to spend the tax payers money on stupid stuff. I understand, at one time, he was a member of the KKK, yet the Dem's loved him anyway and that alone tells you how big of whore's the democrats are. If there were a Republican with "bedsheets" in his past, he'd be hung at first light by the very same folks who loved Sen. Byrd. Mr. Byrd, I hope you went in peace and were in good standing with your maker, I really hope that. While I disagreed with your political philosophy, I hope you'll get a good home on the other side. Meanwhile, this side of eternity just got better because of your passing, and I'm happy about that. I would have been just as happy had you simply retired or were voted out of office. Any way you slice it losing you is a really huge gain for our country; I just hope the people have the wit to "make hay while the sun is still shining."

If I sound cold and callous here, I'm really sorry. Recently I've been telling people that we conservatives have been "shouted down" and it's past time for us to speak up and be heard! Mr. Byrd was a shining example of everything that is wrong with our political system, yet he was just an instrument of the laziness of the idiots that kept voting him into office. Good by and good riddance Mr. Byrd! Thank you for getting out of our misery.

Reading/Thoughts/& Hank

As I've stated before, I don't always talk about politics on my blog. Today, I had different stuff on my heart and just wanted to tell everyone what I was thinking about. Yeah, I know I'm crazy but that's why you guys all love me so much!

I just finished reading one of the most outstanding books I've ever read. Wow, Glen Beck certainly knows how to put a fictitious story together, however, much of it was based on truth. Any of you out there who read my blog MUST get a copy of the Overton Window and read it. When I finished the last page of the book my first thought was; when's the sequel? I'm gonna be real upset if he doesn't follow up on it.

While I am an avid reader, there's not a lot of different writers that I like to read. William W. Johnston's Ashes Series was my favorite for a long time. A few years later I discovered Tom Clancy, Vincent Flynn, Brad Thor, and now Glenn Beck get's in on the act. Most of these are CIA/Presidential type stuff, but not all. Back during the time the OKC bombing took place, WW Johnstones Ashes series came under fire because some of the liberals thought he was preaching sedition! The thing is, that's exactly what he was preaching and it's what made me love those books so much. I kept them for several years but recently I got rid of them.

Mr. Beck's Overton Window is an in your face book that mixes a whole lot of fact into a fictional story. I will not ruin if for you here but please go read it, you will not regret it, I promise. For those of you who keep up with the news you'll surely enjoy the book.

Today sucked eggs for me. Me and my boy were heading out to go fishing this morning and his employer called and needed him to work! Joe had to go to work and I was proud of him for going instead of going fishing. I just missed getting to spend time with him, that time is getting short now and I cherish every minute of his time I get now. Since we are leaving the home school life behind a big change is coming soon and I'm kinda dreading it.

I've got a cranky hot water heater that I can't seem to fix and there are several other projects I need to get done. Gee, I wonder if I'm the only procrastinator out there? ha...Anyone good at working on thing want to volunteer to show up at my place? I've got lots to do, I just can't seem to get any of it done.

One last thing I want to talk about today, and that's my dog Hank. Now Mr. Hank is a big ole' dog, I'd guess he'd weigh in at 100lbs plus and he's part Rottweiler and part something else, just not sure what it is but I think it's lab. This dog is the most worthless animal that God ever did put on the face of this earth. I was driving back up to the house yesterday from a trip to town and there is this deer not 15 feet from Hank and he just lays there and looks at it. Of course when Gus, my lab, saw the deer the chase was on, but Hank didn't bother to expend the energy to get up and at least bark at the dang deer! Hank was looking at the deer like he was saying "hey dude, how's it going".

Hank towers over Gus in both height and weight, yet Gus is the alpha dog. I don't guess Hank has a mean bone in his body, and considering the size of this beast that's probably a good thing. As lazy as Hank is, he has some other character flaws too. For instance, if you go sit down out in the yard he does his best to get that big body all in your lap. He thinks he's a lap dog I guess, either that or he's not real good at judging size. When he does bark, the windows in the house reverberate with sound. He constantly bites the hands that feed him too. Every day when I go for a walk I get dog-bit about a dozen time till he calms down!

Hank thinks he's supposed to "load-up" when I get in my pick-up truck. Often I will load my "boys" up and take them to town with me, and trust me, this is no small task. While Hank is usually laid back and easy going he turns into some kind of psychotic freak when he goes for a ride! Gosh, if only he had that much energy any other time I might be able to plant a garden and have a chance of actually getting to eat some of it before the deer got it all. He's big,hairy,has bad breath,has big teeth,lazy,opinionated,bites,aggravates......and I love that dog more than any other dog I've ever owned. I think I'd probably shoot someone if they were to hurt him! I like him better than most people I know. I'll try to upload some pictures of Hank tomorrow so you can see this monstrous beast!

United Communist States of America

These last few posts have pretty much been about oil, and this one will not be an exception to the recent trend.

I want to know what the government plans to do about our current energy problems. BO wants to shut down all deep water drilling in the gulf of Mexico for six months. Ok, so the ban is a ban, but does it to apply to just American companies or does it apply to everyone? Why can't someone answer that question? The people need to know; where in the HELL is our media....you know, the folks that are supposed to be out asking those questions of the government.

There is something else I want to know. MR. OBAMA? Is it your intention to make our country a third world country, like the country of your birth?(Indonesia) Do you want to be the ruler of just one more banana republic, like your buddy Hugo Chavez? I want to know, and I think there are ten's of millions of Americans that want the same answers!

I keep hearing about a "comprehensive" energy plan, but you never ever say what that is! Why is that? Do you even understand what comprehensive means? I've said this in other posts, "comprehensive is just a word thrown around by politicians who don't know anything else to say because they don't really have a plan." Tell me what you plan to do in the meantime to get the costs of our energy down to reasonable levels?

You know, it's easy for you rich folks to sit up there in your big fancy offices and tell the mass of peasants that we need to wean ourselves off oil, while you run around the world in your big expensive jets and ride around in motorcades of big armored SUV's that guzzle gas. What the heck does the rich care about how much money it costs for a gallon of gas, or how much it costs to heat and cool their homes The rich can afford gas if it was $100 a gallon, it wouldn't be a big deal. But what about the poor people, which is most everybody these days,when they are worried about feeding their families and paying doctor bills. You arrogant bastard, tell me what you plan to do to wean us off this oil? Quit talking about your plan and TELL me what the solution is? Typical government speak, all plans but there never is any substance to them, only double talk.

So, MR. Obama, what is your solution, other than starving 40K plus people to death while you make up your mind. You arrogant jerk, if it was your living you were worried about you might have a different take on things. I don't ever want you to get on national TV, like you did the other night, and speak like your some kind of king. Who the heck do you think you are anyway? You work for me, not the stupid wacko's in the wacko lobbyist groups. You are not some Lord King almighty sent here from on high to save the poor stupid people from themselves! You've done so much to damage the USA, and yet you have so much ability to do so much good if you weren't a communist in your heart. I can't imagine what you'd be if you stood for truth, justice, and the American way. You'd probably get elected for life, considering your gift of speaking. It's too bad you are on the wrong side, the side your on seeks to destroy the USA, not protect it.

Come on voters! Let's get rid of his communist cronies this next election. We can shut this arrogant jerk up if we get rid of his cronies in the congress. That includes republicans such as John McCain and Lamar Alexander. Notice to the Republican party, it's your fault we have BO and Nancy in power now. If you hadn't broken faith with your party, you'd still have control and we wouldn't be worried about having the UCSofA being born!

Vacation

This blog is directed directly at MR. BO and all is crooked cronies and his vast left wing media lap dogs. Why is it okay for BO to take yet another vacation and it's not alright for the BP guy to take one himself?

It is very unseemly and self-righteous for the folks who have doubled their countries debt in under two years, to be pointing fingers at a CEO of a private company for taking a short vacation with his son. I think BO and Mr. Hayward probably have earned a vacation, but I have to say I wish one of them would do so on a more permanent basis.....I'll let you guess which one, here's a hint, he's not from England.

We cannot seem to shut down our borders. We spend billions of dollars per year printing forms in languages other than English, we build great sports stadiums, we allow our elected leaders to give themselves retirement benefits fit for kings, we allow foreigners to steal our money from us, we send money all over the world to countries that hate us, we will not drill our own dang oil and buy oil from countries that fund terrorist organizations that try to destroy us. I could go on and on until I ran out of space to make this post and I couldn't get to the end of the list of the STUPID and MONEY WASTING things our government does that are far more harmful than this little oil spill out in the gulf!

Get off Mr. Hayward for his little vacation and start getting on this president about doing his job. I must say that I sincerely hope that BO fails at everything he tries to do because everything he's trying to do is harmful to the American way of life. I pray for our leaders every day, mostly that most of them will go away at the next available date for that to happen. I don't wish any of them dead, just that they all go back to where ever it is they come from, especially "baby" Hitler that resides in our White House. I must remind you that the most destructive forms of governments ever to exist in history are those that are socialist/communist and that is what BO is....just like Hitler, Stalin, Mao and a whole list of other despots.

Home School

I'm going to make some observations about folks who home school. Don't think for a minute that I'm going to degrade these people, I've been a home school dad for several years now and I'm a big believer in home education.

The rub comes, I'm thinking, because of the particular home school group I've recently been associated with. I think several of the parents are way out of line with reality to the point I think they are hurting their children. I understand, because I'm a parent, why folks don't want to see their children come to any harm or have bad influence exerted upon them. But when we try to shelter our children from the world I believe we are just borrowing trouble for them at a later date.

I'm not saying we ought to let our children run wild or encourage them to start having sex and doing drugs and alcohol. But we need to let our kids be put in situations, at an early age, where they have to make some decisions. I'm a firm believer in letting our children experience life while they are at home, that way I, as their parent, can catch them and help them grow from that experience. When they are grown we parents will not be able to help our children because they are no longer under our control.

The group I've associated with have some awfully good folks in it. I've not met one family that I didn't admire in some respects and didn't think they weren't good moral people. However, there are a few of them that make the rest of the home school community look like a bunch of weirdo's. If any of you guys are reading my blog, please understand I'm not cutting any of you down. In fact, most of you are just normal folks that just happen to school your children at home. There is not of one of you I don't like, and I mean that.

Here is what I want to tell every home school family. I'm generalizing here because most of the folks that home school do so for religious reasons. I've got to tell you that religion never had anything to do with the reasons my family home schooled. We did it because it was convenient for our family and provided the best way for us to live the lifestyle we desired.

1. Your children are eventually going to have to deal with the world as it is, not as you've shown them. The world exists out there and we have to live in it.

2. Playing competitive sports is not a sin. Jesus was not some meek, mild, sissy effeminate man some folks like to portray him as. If you believe that you obviously haven't read the bible very much in your life. We are told in scripture,"whatever your hands find to do, do it with ALL your might." You can do things with all your might and still not commit sin.

3. Your children are going to be working with folks that attended public school. Deal with it. Don't think you are going to control your kids when they leave home, your kids are not any different than any other kid out there. You need to have faith that you raised your children as Godly as you could and that they will be alright when they are out dealing with the public. When your kids leave home, and they will leave home unless your some kind of weirdo, they are going to do what they want to do in spite of what you may or may not have taught them. You did it and so will they.

4. You need to raise your boys to be boys, not girls. By in large, most of the home school families I know have strong female influences. Boys need to be boys and they need to learn that from their dads. Boys, by their very nature, are going to fight, get dirty,be hairy and smelly, and be overall hard to live with sometimes. You are not going to make them be as gentle as little girls and expect them to act like a man when they are grown. Boys need to be boys and you mamma's need to step back and get out of the way. The thing about boys is, is they don't stay mad at each other like girls do. Boys can be in a knock down drag out with one another one minute and be best buddies the next. That's just the nature of boys and you're not going to change that. I've always told my sons that I don't want them starting fights, but they dang sure better finish one if it comes to that. I've never ever told my boys that they can't ever fight. Boys have been doing that since there were two different boys on the earth and you can't change that either.

5. The bible says not to be overly righteous or overly worldly. If you don't believe that then you obviously have never read Ecclesiastes. King Solomon is said to have been the wisest man that ever lived; you need to read Ecclesiastes some time and drop the zealot act. And it is an act with lots of you and I know that to be a fact because I know you personally.

6. Back to the public school thing. Just because kids go to public school doesn't make them bad. If you do your job as a parent it will not matter where your children attend school. I'm going to state this again; Your children are going to have to live in this world and make a living. You need to get off the smothering, hovering parent act and let your kids get some experience with life or your going to have some big trouble when they get grown.

I know for a fact that there are some of the home school families I've been associated with that read my blog. Some of the things I've said here may or may not apply to you. There is not of one of you I don't like, but some of you need a BIG reality check. This is my opinion, I've heard most of yours and some of that is the reason my kids will be attending public school next year.

Hard Work

Our founding fathers did indeed base the idea of the United States of America on the principles of the Christian bible. I can't find, anywhere in our history, except for the last few decades where there was such a thing as welfare given to people that did not work. Our country was founded on the principle that we had the right to PURSUE happiness, not a guarantee of happiness.

Our founding fathers, according to the declaration of Independence pledged not only their lives, but their fortunes to secure the liberty of the American people. If you read history we find that most of the signers of the declaration did indeed giver their lives and their fortunes in order to form these United States.

The United States of America is just the latest in the line of western civilization to fall into socialism/communism and I believe it's because we have forgotten where we've come from. You talk to a lot of young folks today and they doubt their really is a God that looks after us all. A huge number of this generation and certainly a good portion of the last generation have forgotten or indeed not been taught it all that the path to freedom is work! The work ethic is not being taught in the home and our kids are suffering for it, our country is dying because of it!

Here I go quoting the bible. I've stated before in some of my posts that I am a Christian. You may read some of my posts and see some profanity, or what some people call profanity, and wonder if I'm truly a Christian. I would have to say that I more Christian now than I ever was when I was younger. I understand that I am not perfect, yes I'm a hypocrite sometimes, but I am forgiven. If you can't deal with that then there is nothing I can say to change your mind and you'll have to live with it, not me.

Here we go with the bible quoting. 2 Thessalonians 3:6-14: In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, we command you brothers, to keep away from every brother who is idle and does not live according to the teaching you received from us. For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example. We were not idle when we were with you, nor did we eat any one's food without paying for it. On the contrary, we worked night and day, laboring and toiling so that we would not be a burden to any of you. We did this, not because we do not have the right to such help, but in order to make ourselves a model for you to follow. For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: If a man will not work, he shall not eat. We hear that some among you are idle. They are not busy; they are busybodies. Such people we command and urge in the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and earn the bread they eat. And as for you, brothers, never tire of doing what is right. If anyone does not obey our instruction in this letter, take special note of him. Do not associate with him, in order that he may feel ashamed."

We have whole families that would literally starve to death if we didn't feed them, because they will not work! We have created a situation where there are millions of people who will steal from their neighbors out of laziness and the bible says that shouldn't be so. Our founding fathers never intended our government to be all things to all people and they dang sure wouldn't have allowed folks to lay up on their butts and draw there sustenance from the sweat of another person's brow!

Here is another commandment from the bible. 1 Thessalonians 4:11: "Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands, just as we told you. so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody.

How often do we cause trouble in our lives because we do not follow the teachings of the bible. Here I am, yelling at the world, and the bible is telling me to live a quiet life and mind my own business! In this, I feel like I am minding my own business because the business of the USA is part of my business. I think its every ones responsibility to get off their rear ends and work! It's biblical, it what our founding fathers believed in. Because so many of our citizens and our unwelcome Mexican guest here in this country, it's hard for a worker to mind their own business and live a quiet life because our money is being confiscated, quite literally at the point of a gun, and handed over to the many millions that feed off the labor of our workers! IF you think I'm lying about your money being taken at the point of a gun; don't pay your taxes for a few years and find out what happens to you. You'll see that I'm telling you the literal truth.

In conclusion. When we get away from what God intended and indeed what is just human nature, many serious problems start festering and eventually the body either dies or there is a huge fight. People yearn to be free and don't appreciate having their bread they earned taken from them and given to someone who is not willing to earn their own!

Warning to all of you. A revolution is coming in our once great country. I don't know which side is going to win, but the fight is coming sooner than later and God help us all if the correct side doesn't win. Over the history of mankind, God has judged nations and has allowed nations to fall when if becomes corrupted and doesn't live according to his will. Our country was indeed blessed at one time, but that was back when we knew there was a God and our nation, as a whole, followed Christian principles. I'm not saying we all went to the same church, I'm saying that our nation understood there was a higher power and our morals were much stronger than they are today. Our nation has lost it's way and our welfare system is one of the shining examples of how far we've fallen. Hard work for a living is very scriptural and a Godly principle and our people have forgotten that. If you don't believe that, just look at all those big shot union people up north who are no longer working!

Communist!

Oh my head is going to explode! Why I was stupid enough to watch the congressional hearing into the BP oil leak incident is beyond me! I watched Mr. Waxman from California make a complete idiot of himself, and indeed the American people!

What? These same Senators and Congressmen who have sank our country thirteen trillion dollars into debt and have threatened our national sovereignty and they have the unmitigated gual to dare question someone private companies spending habits? If I were Mr. Hayward, the embattled CEO of BP, I would have repeated the now "infamous" phrase Jerry Lee Lewis said to England during the scandal over his young bride. The USA can kiss MY ass!

Here we sit on the brink of loosing our country and the little "joke" for a president is talking about battle over an oil spill in our gulf. Mr. BO is saying that now is the time to secure our shores from ruin and time for us to become energy independent and not dependant on foreign sources for our energy needs. What are we going to do? Are we suddenly going to just wake up and some new energy source will be here tomorrow to heat and cool our homes. Is there going to be some break through that will provide the energy to run our cars and provide what we need right now?

Hey Jackass! Where was your party when 23 million illegal Mexicans swarmed into our country and started stealing from us? Where are you when we've spent billions of dollars, dollars confiscated from the tax-payers, to feed,clothe,house, and supply medical care for people who came here AGAINST OUR LAWS? I want to know why we make a big fuss over defending our shores from this oil, when we can't defend our borders against an invasion of people who are destroying us from within! You talk of sending 17 thousand troops to help with the clean up of the oil and your to dang stupid to send troops to our borders where the real damage to our nation is being done! In fact, the worst problem we have facing us now is the blood sucking illegals that are here that the federal government will not address and will not stop!

Hey idiots! Communism and Socialism have never ever worked and it's not going to work now! Where are the American people who are willing and stand up and tell our government that we are not going to take this anymore? Our citizens need to stand up and make the politicians understand that we will not be ruled, and we will not give up our freedom.

As of now, there are no viable alternatives to oil, and there are lots of people that just don't understand that. The American people are struggling now and you want to cut off our oil? Why! The oil is what makes our country move and it's how we do what it is we do. Why the hell do you want to put us back in the stone ages? We can develop other means of energy, but don't starve us to death right now to do it!

The greatest threat our nation is facing right now resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave! We know who you are Mr. B Hussein O. Now if our citizens will rise up in time you will not be able to hurt us any more than you already have. We don't want your stinking communism. We don't want you to be our dictator. We don't need you to "save" us from ourselves. What we need is for your communist buddies to all lose their elections this November and shut you up! I can't believe that my fellow countrymen lined up in droves and voted for the likes of you. Many of them have stated that they didn't realize what you were! Thats a dang lie, you did tell us what you were, you told us you were a communist but the mass of our people are to dang lazy to think and to dang lazy to educate themselves to understand that YOU are the enemy.

Come on people, lets send them all home this November! They are all corrupt and none of them deserve to keep their jobs! I'm angry tonight, so I'm not even going to proof read this before I send it out. For those of you who know me, you now how I am when I get "roused up" and I'm "roused-up" now!

It's in time like these that I wonder why things have to be so dang complicated. I actually took the time to listen to "Master Obama" speak tonight, gosh it makes me sick just to hear his voice. Some of the content I agreed with, only when he stated the obvious about the suffering and trouble the folks down in the gulf region are facing.

Why is it that the liberals cannot understand that we have to have oil until we have an alternative method for producing power? Any clean energy technology we may have now is far to costly and not dependable and we can not rely only on this technology for our energy needs. Here's the thing, all these politicians that preach about environmental responsibility are filthy rich. If these folks had to pay twenty dollars a gallon for gasoline it probably wouldn't even phase them one bit. Meanwhile, we peasants would suffer greatly. What the heck though, our rulers could care less about us.

BO got on his soap box about cutting off deep water drilling until he could understand why this catastrophe happened. I understand that, but what about all the oil that is under our LAND that we could go get right now? This oil, out in OUR gulf, wasn't even being drilled by an American company; I wonder if his moratorium on deep water drilling just applies to American companies? If so, who is this rule going to hurt? Why us of course. Liberals have just got to "gut" our country any way they can!

I'm sick to death of hearing about us becoming energy independant when we have more oil in our territory than we could use in a thousand years! That's not speculation, I've read the scientific reports that say that! We send those "rag-heads" who hate us and want us dead over a billion dollars a day for their oil, and here we sit on our own sea of it! Why?!!! Why can't we just produce our own oil? Why do we let our enemies such as China and Venezuela drill not forty miles off OUR coast, and then turn around and help fund these terrorists groups who would nuke us off the map if they could get their hands on one? Why? Why? Tell me why?

I'll tell you what I think(imagine that)! One part of it is greed and I'm not so sure that it's not all about greed. These big oil companies drive up the cost of their products by producing false shortages. They also have figured out that they can sell out their leases to these foreign countries and make just as much money and not have to do the work! Talk about selling out your country! That fat ass Al Gore is a huge energy investor and he has made himself nearly a billion dollars going around preaching about the evils of "fossil fuels", yet fossil fuels is what he butters his bread with!

This is kinda like the media, back before the current wars started several years ago, making the statement that they were neutral in this conflict! What! The people that said that were Americans and ought to have had their rear's lined up on a wall and shot for treason! These big oil companies and our dang politician have sold us down the creek for the almighty dollar and have basically said"piss on you USA"! These two groups of people and the blood sucking lawyers and liberal supreme court justices are all guilty of selling out their country!

I feel sorry for the folks on the gulf coast, I really do. But it pisses me off to hear these "hot winded" environmentalist wacko's talk about the evil deep water drilling when we have HUGE quantities of oil we can get from under our very own land! Of course the blood sucking lawyers and other assorted "nut-jobs" has made it where we can't drill on land. All we have to look at to get the facts is the Alaska pipeline. It did nothing to hurt the environment yet we can't do another one for the exact same wild eyed fears over hurting the freakin' caribou! What a load of crap! I know all you liberals think that we need to all be poor and live outdoors and not burn wood and I guess we need to eat bugs and wipe our butts with leaves and dig caves for houses. I just don't know what in the heck you idiot libs want, you will not tell us.....Democrats...the party of NO.

If you are a democrat and you are reading my blog.....shame on you! You need to pull your head out of the sand and look around and get a clue. If you are a Republican you need to get a clue as well. FOR PRESIDENT IN THE YEAR 2012..
HERE IS MY PLATFORM

1. No foreign aid...period. Until we get our house in order we don't need to be spending money on other countries.

2. Bring all our troops home from overseas and place them on the Mexican border to stop the invasion from the south.

3. You will not draw a welfare check until you can pass a urine test. No pass, no money, and your kids are gone until you've been clean for six months. If you draw welfare you are not allowed to smoke,drink, or do any other thing other than to live a decent life.

4. Any trade with foreign countries will be dollar for dollar, we will not take a beating at our expense.

5. China will forgive us any debt we owe them. After all, if it weren't for us they'd all speak Japanese now.

6. We will stop at nothing to win what ever wars we happen to fight. The Geneva Conventions are things only we "civilized" countries follow, and the barbarians we fight think we are sissies because we have sissy rules for fighting.

7. I will abolish the homeland security department and let our regular intelligence agencies do their jobs. The CIA would be the "czar" for intelligence and everyone would answer for them.

8. Any news organization that revealed national secrets would cease to exist, and the powers that be in that organization would be tried for treason!

9. If you are one of the despotic leaders that longs for the day that the "great Satan" no longer exists and send your mindless minions to attack us...your ass will be nuked! I will not tolerate people who would do us harm.

10. If you are a Hollywood elite or an ordinary citizen and you take it upon yourself to bemoan the actions that the US has to take from time to time to protect itself from little banana republic dictators such as So Damn Insane(Saddam Hussein) and some of the other odious crew. I will deport you to that country and you can live there if you think it's so great.

11. If you come to this county illegally you will be shot if you get caught crossing the border like a thief in the night. If you are caught here you will be taken to this nearest boarder and told to leave and to never come back. Anyone who hired you to work will be horse whipped and fined.

12. If you draw welfare and are able bodied, you will do something to EARN the money the tax-payers have to give you. You can pick up trash, trim tree's, plant gardens and any number of things that needs done. Nobody, except for the very young or very old, or disabled will be allowed to lay up on their sorry butt and not work. You don't work, you will starve and you will lose any children you may have "whelped" in the mean time.

13 The National Education Department would be abolished on the very first day of my new administration. Local school boards would decide what to teach their local children and they could fund their schools through local tax levies or bonds. It's not the states business to education children, it ultimately the parents responsibility to see to it.

14 I would open up every oil field in the USA and demand that companies build refineries to produce the by products of oil. If the companies wouldn't do it, then the government would do it. We do not have a shortage of oil, just a shortage of folks that are honest and who have the best interest of our country at heart. Nuclear Power plants would be built, and pronto. I'm sick to death of the small movement of environmentalist wacko's dictating terms to the rest of the country!

15 There would be no new taxes levied, in fact there would be a flat tax where EVERYONE would pay the same percentage whether they were a billionaire or a welfare recipient. Fair means we all pay the same and by God that is what I would do.

16 That crazy "nutjob" over in North Korea would be dead with in a week after I took office.

17. The crazy "nutjob" over in Iran would be dead sooner that it took for me to sign papers to become the new president. In fact, I'd time it just as I said "so help me God" when I finished taking my oath of office.

18 The global warming nuts would be silenced. I wouldn't allow such access and they surly wouldn't get me to spout off about that fictitious crap!

19 English is our language and you will speak it fluently or you will get out. I will not press 1 for English! You either speak English or get the heck out of my country.

Energy

Thank God for the Tea Party. It seems that the Tea Party must wield some power, it hasn't lost very many races it's been interested in. This gives me hope that the American spirit hasn't been defeated yet, just silenced for a while. Americans, I'm thinking, will eventually get it right and hopefully it will not be after it's too late to do any good.

It's interesting to see Obama's reaction to this oil spill. While I'm not in any way,shape, or form a supporter of BO I still don't think it's fair to pin this disaster on him. I know the lib's had a fine old time bashing Bush 43 over the Katrina aftermath and that wasn't fair either. However, this moratorium on offshore drilling could well be a huge disaster for BO and he better be really careful here.

Many times I wonder what it is that passes through the minds(if they actually have one) of these environmentalist wackos. If you have the misfortune to ever have to talk to one of these folks you might try asking them what it is they want the people to do for fuel. I've listened to Al Gore and BO and all the freaking weirdos these last several years and all they can talk about is clean energy. Can any of you tell me what clean energy is? I haven't heard one of these loons mention even one way to get clean energy, yet that's what they keep saying they want. They are against nuclear power, wood burning, coal, oil, and any other energy we have now. Not one of them can offer any solutions to the problem of our energy other than to say they don't like what we use now. At some point these folks need to inform the public of their plans and share them with the rest of us.

You all know I have an opinion on almost anything, so here we go again. I think the problem our environmentalist wackos have is the lack of motivation. Right now, it's convenient for them to speak in platitudes while they "jet" around the world and make their pretty flowery speeches. Meanwhile the unwashed masses, who are products of our public school system, actually believe that there is a shortage of oil and that the products of that oil are the reason we have this fictitious global warming catastrophe looming over us. Of course any of us with any sense knows that this is all a bunch of BS but there are lots of people who are too stupid to be reasonable so they buy into what the mass liberal media/public schools puts out. It's easy to be an environmentalist when you are surrounded by all the comforts that oil provides for you. Heck, I'm sitting in my house right now with the air turned down to 73 degrees and am very comfortable. If all of the sudden there was no more power or not enough of it, which by the way is produced by fossil fuels of some sort, I might become unhappy with my lot in life. I figure most of the "mother earth" crowd will get a clue if they all of the sudden have to start living without the conveniences that electricity provides for all of us. Just a thought here, but I bet I'm right.

Meanwhile, we have the Tea Party growing in strength every day and maybe it will make a difference. If the Tea Party and it's growing masses of adherents will keep the faith and keep holding our politicians feet to the fire we might actually come out of this situation before our energy detractors bankrupt the nation. I sure would hate to have to live in a straw hut and in an agrarian society. I love my electricity and will do what I can to keep it.

Left Again

How many of you who read my blog believe that global warming is a man-made phenomenon, and that global warming will cause disastrous events for life on earth? How many of you believe in the political correctness that is rampant in our society? I want to know how many of you really believe that it's okay that we leave our southern borders wide open and just anyone can come in and take advantage of the many social programs our wonderful government has made available? How many of you believe if you leave your keys in your car it's your fault it got stolen? I mean we all know that if we tempt good boys they will steal.(DRIPPING sarcasm here) How many of you believe that it's okay for the government to control every aspect of our lives? Do any of you believe that government, as we have it today, has our best interest at heart?

I know most of you are probably pretty close to me in political ideology; so here's the question. Why is it okay for the left to teach this in our schools and preach it in our main stream media and we are not all up in arms over it? Come on here, most reasonable people disagree with all the things listed in the first paragraph yet we don't get up and defend the "rightness" of our beliefs! We on the right have let the left shout us down and get their way in almost every battle we have fought. We on the right have got to get up and start being heard more than we have been in the last twenty or thirty years. It's way past the time for us to maintain "proper" decorum and time for us to stand up and fight these people on their terms!

Did Helen Thomas say anything that should have gotten her fired or asked to resign? I don't think what she said was nearly as extreme as all the global warming/social justice "wacko" crap that the left puts out. I for one agree with Helen Thomas and think what she said was the truth. The Jews ought to all go home and get off the land they stole from Palestine. GOD himself decided to split Israel up over two thousand years ago and the United States decided back in the 1940's to put it back together. I resent the Mexicans invading our border states and trying to take the land back for Mexico, and many Americans share that opinion! Why is it not okay for the Palestinians to want their land back that the Jews/United States stole? None of my opinions here are based on race, but rather a sense of fairness and what is right. I ask again; why is it okay for some folks to have ideas and those ideas are accepted at face value, and any descent is met with scorn and death threats? I think it all goes back to my last post about leftist when I commented that the most brutal regimes are from the left. They kill anyone who gets in their way or put them in forced labor camps.

I'm no fan of any middle eastern regime, I do not like their culture or their religion. I wouldn't want to have to live like those folks do, but that's just me. Apparently they feel the same way about us. I don't hate the Jews either, I have no reason too. However, if I were a Palestinian I might would hate the Jews considering what was done. I don't particularly hate Mexicans either, I just don't want them coming here illegally and eating and drinking on my dime.

It's all about perspective. I know folks who say they are conservative politically yet don't have a clue about whats going on in the world. That's sad and it's the reason the left has very nearly ran our country into the ground. Thank God for the Tea Party. You wanna be political folks are on notice; you will do our will or you'll not have a job.

Leftist

Before we begin I want to add something on a personal note. The few of you who do read my blog may or may not have a better command of the English language than I do. I realize there are grammar mistakes and misspelled words sometimes and I'm sorry if that's distracting in any way. I do try to correct my mistakes but alas, that is very difficult to do. I usually don't spend more than five to ten minutes writing the blog and then do the spell check thing on it. I do re-read it twice and yet I still find mistakes the next day! Gosh I need an editor really bad and I know of only one guy who sometimes reads my blog that would be very good at it. You know who you are and I will not put your name here and embarrass you. Now, to the point of this post......

Probably the worst job in the world had got to be the job of President of the United States. You know that at least half the people in your country do not like you and most of the rest of the world doesn't like you either. You know no matter what it is you undertake there will be a legion of folks out there that will not like your particular decision and many so called experts will comment on what you have done and the direction they think you are going. No matter what you do someone is going to be pissed off and calling for your head!

One of the problems with Barrack Obama, as I see it, is that he is to "stuck on himself" to do the job effectively. He thinks more about what he wants than what the country wants and I think he thinks he is better than everybody else or that maybe he is smarter than every body else. I don't know, I've heard the word narcissist thrown around in conjunction with BO and I would have to agree with that. The same thing would have to be said for all the democratic party though, and a good deal of the republicans; they want what they want in spite of what the citizens want. Please don't go throwing George Bush out at me here, I did not like a lot of his policies either but at least he didn't go against the very foundations of our society! He was wrong on lots of things, in my opinion, but I still believe he had our best interst at heart and he was more American than globalist, unlike a lot of the democrats and not a few republicans. Members of both parties need to understand that they are not the philospher rulers they seem to think they are but are elected to serve the will of the people. I think many of them have forgotten the word "serve" and think more along the lines of "rule".

BO and his scummy band of communist mean to rule us and they certainly will if the American people don't get it right this coming November. If the conservatives lose this next election we might as well take the flag down and rename our once great country! I listen to people on the left, thinking, that surely I have missed something and don't truly appreciate their beliefs or positions concerning issues in the USA. After listening to the left though, I'm more determined to be a constitutionalists than I am a globalist. The left wants a "one world" government and the constitutionalists amongst us want us to be guided and judged by the original document. I do not like the direction our supreme court and federal courts have taken either. They seem to forget that they are there to make sure our politicians follow the course of the constitution, not rule from the bench! The sheer arrogance of these people is astounding! Whatever happend to of the people, by the people, for the people? It seems to me that our country would be far better off if it elected leaders based on their concept of the "people" statements. It seems to me that Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi and a whole mess of the other elected arrogant jerks need to be reminded who really is boss this next election cycle. We start cleaning house every election and the people that aspire to higher office may take on a differnt sort of attitude. Being a politician should NOT be a ticket to riches or the golden parachute retirement these folks get.

Look, I understand that it sucks to be poor; I used to be poor. It does stink that some folks don't have enough money to buy food, or to adequately house their families. I get that. I hate to see little children suffer because of the apathy of their parents, it's sickening. People who struggle to get by on minimum wage have a rough life ahead of them and will always be just existing and not living, but suffering none the less. While all those things bother me and do effect me, it's not my responsibility to pay for all that. Every able-bodied person is responsible to themselves and other folks should not be forced to pay their way. I don't think any of us should be forced to pay for the sustenance of any other person unless we choose to do so! There was a time when the churches took care of that sort of thing, but that was also back in the day that people had a stronger work ethic than they do now. Just a generation or two ago the work ethic was very strong in this country and lots of our ancestors would have rather starved than take handouts. Nowadays there is no end to the number of people who are willing to sit on their fat rears and make everyone else provide for them, and then they smirk and laugh at the people who have to work for a living.

What BO and the liberals have done for years is to try to make our country into a communist country. Look, they don't want just state ownership of everything, they intended to appoint a dictator and now we have one. You may not realize that yet, but Barack Obama is a dictator in that he controls the large majority of our national industries and our very own main stream media. They have gotten to this point under the guise of helping the poor and it has worked very well for them. This is quickly becoming a communist country not socialist. We are headed toward communism just as fast as we can go thanks to the apathy of the American people.

I go to church with people who call themselves Christian, yet they voted for Barrack Obama and some of his scummy crew. If you call yourself a Christan how is it that you can vote for folks who would allow homosexual marriage? How can you vote for someone who would slaughter unborn babies? How could you vote for someone who would steal from his very own countrymen and give it to those who don't deserve one dime of it? How could you vote for someone who would get up and deny that this is a nation founded on Christian principles, when so clearly it was. If you are an atheist you wouldn't understand what I'm trying to say here, and none of this would affect you one way or the other. But if you're a worker who pays taxes and is trying to make something for yourself how could you vote for the people who would enslave you? Are you stupid or what? I'm not talking parties here, I'm talking about ideology and ethics. The whole reason we are in the mess we are in now is because folks like you and I didn't bother to go vote and didn't bother to spend the time to find out what in the heck is going on in this country! Now we are reaping what we have sown and we will surely suffer for it. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country! That aid need only be the ballot and we can surely wield a mighty sword this November when we send them all packing! Some of them need to be sent to the "hoosegow" but justice would never be that sweet!

7. does not try to instill the work ethic in folks, wants everyone dependant on government assistance.

8. makes the workers pay for bastard babies when they can barely pay for their own

9. they hate the military

10. deny the Christian faith as our founding principles

When groups get together to protest something which group is the most violent? It's the left wing loon groups that are and we have the news coverage to prove it. When the left gets together to protest there are riots or near riots in almost every case.

Do any of you remember reading about recent world history? Look at the folks that have been mass murderers and they've all been leftist/communist. Chairman Mao from China killed off millions of intellectuals in his country to preserve pure political ideology. Hitler killed off millions all in the name of racial purity and conquest of land, he called himself a socialist but was actually a communist dictator. The old Soviet Union(about to be reborn) had a crazy communist(Stalin) in control of their country and he killed off millions of his own citizens because of claimed ideological apostasy. Every country who has been ruled by the left their citizens are slaves and peasants to the state; they are not a free people. Here in this country, back during the time of Joseph Stalin, the left of this country loved him and even called him Uncle Joe. They knew dang well what he was but he most closely reflects their idea form of government. Over the past twenty years or so we've seen the Hollywood elite side with our despotic enemies every time we have to go fight with them, and I'm sick of it. They all need to be tried for treason and put in prison or shot or better yet be sent to the countries they love so much.....sans their money. I'd like to see that fat ass Michael Moore try to live in Cuba under their form of government. Castro would shoot him ASAP!

Don't say that anything like that couldn't happen here! The liberals control all the really important stuff in this country, such as the education our children recieve and they've been teaching their "junk" for a long time. Look at the crap a lot of our public schools teach our children....don't you dare tell me that what happened in Germany can't happen here. The socialist/communist have had at least three generations of our childen and have fed them a steady diet of communist ideology.

BO, back during the Olympics lauded the wonderful infrastructure of China and he loudly(as usual) proclaimed the "greatness" of China. Of course he's not stupid, he knows what that country is all about, he knows that most Chinese are poor and barely subsist. This is BO's dream come true though, to be the supreme ruler of the USA and everyone has to come to him for their daily bread. I think we could all get together and scrape enough money to send BO over to China and let them have him, we don't want him anymore.(I never did want him to start with)

The Sky is Falling

Doom and gloom and despair; Lord have mercy what are we going to do? North and South Korea are heading toward a fight, Israel is apparently playing pirate(sarcasm inserted here), and the little Hitler over in Iran and the rest of the muslim world are rattling their sabers again. Now the biggest part of despair: the oil spill.(I forgot about Al and Tipper Gore seperating, sorry about that.)

We are well over a month into this oil spill disaster and we need "all hands on deck" to help get this thing stopped and the clean up managed. What does our dictator-in-chief send to Louisiana? Lawyers! What in the world good is it going to do to press criminal charges at this point? Surely BP knows by now that they screwed up BIG TIME and are doing everything they can to fix the problem. Right in the middle of all this mess when we need everyone concerned to be working on solutions to this disaster and BO is sending in the blood sucking lawyers? What good is this action going to do and what assistance could these lawyers possibly provide to help speed up the process? Sending these lawyers down to start the litigation process now is akin to fighting fire with a tanker truck full of gas! All these lawyers are going to do is slow things down and they are not needed right now! Indeed, when are they ever really needed? The only people who are going to gain anything positive from this disaster, as usual, are the attorneys! Whatever group of attorneys that get picked to litigate this mess are going to be able to retire to whatever little island they want to buy, and the folks living on the coast and anyone who buys gasoline is going to get "hosed" in the process.

I'm all for "crucifying" any of the jokers that may have screwed up. I think once this mess is cleaned up or at least managed, then we can start looking for hides to nail to the wall. But, what if this was just something that happens? What if nobody screwed up and this was all an accident that nobody could have prevented? I know the environmentalist wacko's out there didn't want any drilling in the ocean to begin with, and believe me, they will be like roaches(accurate description) coming out of the woodwork as this crisis lingers on. However, the world needs the oil and not drilling at this point is not an option. I'm just curious to see what changes our seemingly dim-witted leadership is going to impose on us now, now that a foreign company has ruined our ocean.

I'm wondering why it is that American companies, regulated by American standards, are not the only ones out in the Gulf drilling for oil? We've been hearing for years that our oil supplies are dwindling and that we are going to run out of it pretty soon, but we see that's a big lie now. I guess folks just don't want to have to pay attention to what their politicians are doing until some disaster is upon them. I'm not bashing big business, they provide many of us with employment, but at some point we have to see what collusion goes on between our politicians and the big businesses that fund them. I believe, with all my heart, that our politicians have sold us out to the big oil companies and the dollars they funnel to them. Yes, I know that big oil has to make a profit, but not like they are doing it now. Don't lie to me and everyone else and tell me that you haven't made much profit over the last one hundred years. I've not noticed any poor oilmen out there, and they have to be extravagantly wealthy now that they've bilked the world out of it's treasure. There is hardly another business in the world that can get away with gouging it's customers they way the Exxon's of the world can. These giant oil companies have us all by the throat and there is not a thing we can do about it other than to play along.

I do not want the government to take over the oil industry, gas would be twenty dollars a gallon, and electricty rates would soar to enable us to pay for all the social programs the liberals force down our throats. At some point though, the government has to follow through with our laws concerning collusion and monopolies. There is a reason our government made laws to curb these two things, and there is nothing about the way "big oil" does business that is fair. There has got to be some balance here and I don't pretend to know enough about it to say what that balance might be. I have some opinions and they are probably just as good as anyone elses concerning this matter. We all know that this is just about the only business in the world where everyone has to buy it's products. I don't guess we have to buy their stuff but the lifestyle change would be very dramatic and we'd lose half our population for various reasons. Having said all this I would like to add a little disclaimer. Thank goodness there is a God and He will eventually take care of all this. It may not be something we want or anything we will necessarily like, but the Lord will take care of us just like He always has. If you don't believe there is a God then I am sorry for you because you have no hope and nothing to sustain you through the dark times that are surely coming. You and I are going to be keeping our appointment with God and we need to remember that appointment before we let the cares of the world consume us. Yes, I yell, or in this case, type really hard about the state of our state, but I know that my Redeemer lives and that He will redeem me when my life is over. Until that time, I will keep on typing and griping hoping I can can reach one little pointy headed liberal at a time! Gosh, the progressives/socialist/democrats/communist amongst us surely need someone such as myself to turn the lights on for them.
