Frustration

Well, the Old Grouch is going to have to get back on my favorite subject; politics. There has been a lot going on these past few weeks and I haven't had a chance to "air out" on some of the current issues.

I took the time to watch some of the so-called "health care" summit a couple of days ago, and I have got to say the Republicans won that debate. Just watching BO infuriates me! That arrogant little "paper-hanger" needs to go back to whatever rock he came out from under. He reeks of arrogance; I can see it in his face and in his body language. Of course, that analogy applies to most all of our federal officials and it pisses me off! I want to go to each and everyone of them and ask them this; "Who is it that you work for?" These guys are working for the special interest groups and the big minority groups and they say to heck with the hardworking, taxpayers who foot the bill for everything.

There has been a couple of generations of politicians that have broken faith with the principles that made our country great. I think that every dang one of the current crop ought to be sent home! If any of you are reading my blog I have this to say too you; If you have voted for one single "pork barrel" project you ought to be sent to prison. At this point we need to stop all that crap and start letting people fend for themselves. You people have tore the taxes out of us for years and have borrowed more money than we will ever pay back and the only reason this was done is so you'd look better to the ignorant masses and you'd get elected again.

I'm going to point fingers at the public too, me included. We've all lain up on our backsides and have elected leaders that we wouldn't want to look after our kids. What a bunch of scumbags we have elected! The best we can do is the Kennedy's,Murtha,Reid,Obama,McCain,Bush,Alexander and various other assorted scum-bags!(thank God two of these are gone) There are republicans listed among this group and I include McCain only because he keeps lying and saying he is a conservative. McCain, at best, is maybe a conservative communist. See his record on many issues and you'll know he falls more in line with Obama than he does mainstream America.

We have stood by and allowed our elected leaders make it almost a crime for us to publicly show the religion whose principles our country was founded upon.

We've stood by and allowed a bunch of goofy radicals to drive up our energy prices based upon a big lie. What sucks about this is these people are such a small minority, yet they are bankrupting millions of people who have to pay higher prices for gas and electricity. Most people know this is a bunch of BS yet we were to lazy to put a stop to it.

We've allowed our elected leaders to insulate themselves from us and give themselves the perks of a king. Most people are too dang lazy to go vote and when they do they don't have a clue about the people they are voting for. There is no way people like Obama and his communist buddies would ever get elected if the people weren't intellectually lazy.

We have allowed the lawyers among us to just about do a "termite" job on the whole country. I can't describe to you all how I feel about lawyers other than to say the majority of them are nothing more than scumbags, and are no better than the leeches they've shown themselves to be. We had a good country in my lifetime, yet the lawyers have sued us into something words can't adequately describe.

I could go on all night long, but the bottom line is that we need to send all these people home just as soon as their elections come up. Come on people, lets all get informed and vote these morons out of office.

Let's Git Er' Done!

Recently, I've lost a couple of family members and some of my church family to death due to various reasons. I lost my dad to congestive heart failure, my nephew-in-law in a freak construction accident, and some of my church brethren to various diseases and ailments.

All this has caused me to take another look at my life to see if I'm living my life as full as I can. The bible tells us in Ecclesiastes 9:10: "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom." I'm going to try to start living my life as I've always been planning to do instead of waiting until a better day.

Several of the people I've lost in the last few weeks, I think left a lot of things undone when their life was over. I'm not in any way diminishing the lives of those that have recently past; I just want to make sure that I live my life instead of always planning it. It's good to plan things but at some point you've got to leave the plans behind and actually do things. I'm guilty of "I'm gonna do this someday" instead of just getting up and doing it! When I leave this life I want to know that I did everything I could to enjoy a full life and I don't want to lay on my death-bed regretting the things that I didn't get done.

I want to always tell the folks that I love, "I love you". If there is something that needs done I'm going to get it done. I'm the world's worst procrastinator and that is something that needs correcting. There are a whole bunch of things that I've been wanting to do, things that I have intended to do, but as of yet are left undone. I want to leave this life with no excuses. I intend to live my life with joy and peace and some of that will come because I've actually lived my life and done things with all my might. Most of this joy and peace will come through the peace that passes all understanding because I know the Lord will take care of me.

We are going to buy what?

I want to know which genius in Washington first decided that it would be a good idea for us to spend 500 million dollars on a national park 1000 miles from our mainland? I mean really, are you guys that ignorant and out of touch with reality? Come on man, our country is a gazillion trillion dollars in debt and we are going to actually spend money on some insignificant island out in the Atlantic (or was it the Pacific)?

Listen you arrogant jerks! We have bigger "fish to fry" right now than buying up that stupid little island. All you rich congressmen that think this is a good idea; take it out of your own dang pocket if it means that much to you, and stay out of mine. Why don't you use that 500 million to bring home some of our troops from Germany(who hate us) and put them on the border to defend against the hordes of Mexicans flooding our country and sucking us dry?

I've got another good idea. How about we use that money to make 500 new millionaire families instead of enriching the one arrogant jerk who owns the island right now? How about we use that money to fund some more veterans homes or funding the American Heart Association, at least that way we could all benefit from it. I can think of a whole bunch of stuff we need to spend money on before we go buy this stupid little island. I just bet the man who owns the island is friends with one of our soon to be ex-congressmen and that is why this deal is being done!

You people that vote for stuff like this, you are about to be out of a job in a few months! Thanks to jerks like you my taxes have gone up, gas cost twice what it should, and there are hordes of illegals buying groceries and getting medical care from MY tax money! Shame on you! I hope every incumbent is out of a job this November.

Tax and Waste!

I was just watching FOX news a while ago about an account of American servicemen in Afghanistan, being killed on the way to an opening of an all girls school. The commentator, I believe it was Shepard Smith, informed us that this school had been paid for with US taxpayer dollars....... Here I go again on one of my rants!

Why in the heck are we being forced to pay for schools somewhere other than in this country? We are how many trillions of dollars in debt now? Why are we sending money overseas in a time where we can't even pay our own debt? We have millions of folks out of work here who are more deserving of our help than all the rest of the world! We have veterans here who desperately need our help, yet our churches and other civic organizations are sending money to places like Haiti, who by the way, get billions of our dollars each and every year thanks to our government! If their dictator would look after his own people maybe they would have enough to sustain themselves.

We are spending untold billions of dollars in Iraq to improve their infrastructure and we have to borrow the money from the RED CHINESE who, by the way, hate us! I know this is not all on BO, I blame Gdub for this just as much! Our infrastructure is in sad shape yet we go bomb the hell out of a country and then pay to fix it! We can't even fix our own country and take care of our own citizens much less a bunch of ignorant rag-heads who hate us!

We pay to defend all of Europe from the big bad Russian Red Bear, yet we will not even defend our own southern borders and keep out the horde of illegal Mexicans who suck the life out of our tax paying citizens! We are off defending the world and at the same time we are being overrun from within! Are our politician stupid?

I only have to drive to Paris Texas to see more government waste! I see an overpass, that we didn't need, that cost several millions of dollars to build. I see a brand new school going up that cost 10's of millions of dollars, yet all we hear from the government is how broke we are! I see cities going in debt to build new sports stadiums, all on the back of the over taxed citizens who are to stupid to vote against such things(if they even bother to go vote).

I've read about and seen pictures of John Murtha's airport up in "nowhere" Pennsylvania, yet the idiots that live in Pennsylvania have kept electing his big communist butt ever time he comes up for re-election. John Murtha is the retired Marine who turned traitor to his country after he got elected to congress. Thankfully, for the rest of the country, Mr. Murtha is about to keep his appointment with the Supreme Ruler of the universe and his passing will not be mourned by millions of conservatives in the United States. I just hope the good folks of Pennsylvania will follow the lead of the folks up in Massachusetts and not elect another communist to take his place.

I heard today that congress is debating whether to block hundreds of millions of dollars of legal aid for the freaking 9/11 conspirators! What the heck! Why are these people not dead?! That's exactly what we need to do: give some freaking team of blood sucking lawyers another 100 million dollars. Give me a break! Have we completely lost our senses?

I urge you all to talk to your friends and neighbors and educate them on the evils of communism! We have elected the most extreme leftist this side of Moscow to run our country and we need to fix that this coming November. I'm thinking this is going to be a landslide for the people on the RIGHT side of the spectrum,,,,,at least I hope! I hope we send each and every incumbent home this next cycle and get a whole new crew!
