Leave Me Alone

Once again, I have to make some comments about our military members and our federal government.

Our founding fathers fought a war to save themselves and our country from tyranny. We've had millions of red-blooded Americans who have stood up and joined the ranks of our armed forces to defend the idea of a freedom. Our country is the most prosperous nation and the strongest militarily that has ever been in existence and there is not one nation or groups of nations that could stand up to our might if they were crazy enough to go war with us. We've helped more people and have done more good than any other country since records have been kept.

Considering all the good that we have done and all the inventions and all the progress we have made, why does our democratic party hate us so bad? I understand that there is always room for improvement, but in this country at least, everyone gets a chance at success and happiness. That statement cannot be said about much of the world. We've had things good in the country for a long time and I don't understand the need to remake the Soviet Union. Why is this true?

I have a theory of course, and I'm going to share it with you. I believe that there are certain people that lust for power over and above anything else. Some people feel the need to control everyone and to "nanny" everyone, and the arrogance of these people is astounding. Why do these people behave this way. Then again, why are millions upon millions of people stupid enough to elect people such as this to govern us? I believe this country has gotten fat and lazy and we are about to pay for our apathy. I see the stirrings of change happening, but is it going to be too little too late? Who knows? We'll see, pretty soon, whether the socialist/communist will get their way.

Our soldiers have died by the hundreds of thousands defending freedom and democracy all around the world. Our freedom was bought and paid for by the blood that was shed by our brave American soldiers. How many trillions of dollars did we spend on defense in 50 years before we put down the Soviet Union and it's communist minions? Now here we go putting ourselves into position to become yet another communist country just like the USSR! Why? Communism has never worked. Yes communism looks good on paper but reality shows us Mao, Stalin, and many other dictators that turned out to be tyrants! It has always happened that way and it will happen here as well. The left just never can seem to learn anything.

We elected a man that has no real job experience. He's a smooth talker and a empty suit and has no content of character even resembling American values. You lefties can attack me all you want but what I just said is the truth. This country was built by people with strong backs and strong resolve and now we've sold ourselves out for something called equality. Equal means that we are all treated the same in the eyes of the law. Why do people that work for a living in this country have to give up their hard earned dollars to folks that are too danged lazy to work? All the decent people are shouted down for being racist, when they stand up and yell about the tax burden we all have to pay. We are called Nazi's and Neo-cons and any other derogatory names the left can think of.

I feel sorry for the poor children in the country that are poor because their parents are lazy. My responsibility lies with my family and I resent having the government take what belongs to me and giving it to someone else that will not go earn it for themselves. I resent paying to help the 23 million illegal Mexicans that have came here with their hands out wanting my money! I resent politicians who give our money away to foreign governments. Mr. or Miss politician that may read my blog; it's not your money. That tax money belongs to me and the millions of others who work hard and are forced to pay in to the IRS. Why can't you people understand that?

I watched a clip from a town hall meeting the other day that just about sums up the way I feel about politicians. "Leave me alone!"
